Celebrate the Earth by learning about the therapeutic power of plants. This hands-on workshop will guide you through the foundations of creating herbal extracts, empowering you to build your own home apothecary.

🌿 What You’ll Experience:
🌱 Herbal Knowledge – Learn about 10 medicinal herbs, their properties, and how to incorporate them into daily life.
🫙 Tincture Crafting – Formulate your own custom tincture to take home and finish.
🛠 Tools Provided – Everything you need for the workshop will be supplied.
🍵 Herbal Tea & Treats – Sip on thoughtfully selected herbal teas and enjoy a small, nourishing treat.
🤝 Community Connection – Gather with like-minded individuals in a welcoming, cozy space.

Meghan Henshaw has spent many years studying the many ways in which medicinal plants are woven into the fabric of everyday life. This has led her all over the United States & abroad to Morocco, England, Mexico, & Italy where she has worn many hats as a field researcher, wildcrafter, herbalist, & educator.
